Printeby is a print-on-demand (POD) platform specializing in the chibi style. You can purchase exclusive chibi products or become an artist, open a free store, and earn income from your creations.

Do I need to pay to open a store on Printeby?

No. Registering and opening a store on Printeby is completely free. You only need to upload your designs, and Printeby will handle the printing, packaging, and shipping.

What products does Printeby offer?

Printeby provides a wide range of products, including: T-shirts, hoodies, crop tops Mugs, tumblers, ceramic cups Notebooks, journals, office accessories Tote bags, backpacks, laptop sleeves And many other cute chibi-themed products!

How does Printeby ensure quality control?

We apply advanced technology and a team of specialists to deliver the best shopping experience. Each product undergoes 3 quality checks: Upon arrival Before printing After printing In the final stage, the finished product is compared to the original design to ensure accuracy. Only products that meet all standards are shipped.

Where does Printeby ship to?

We ship worldwide. Printeby monitors delivery speed, shipping times, and quality issues, and will notify you of any delays.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production: 2–5 business days (products are made-to-order, no stock is kept). Shipping: 7–15 days depending on the destination. Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Can I customize my own designs?

Yes. With Printeby’s Online Design tool, you can upload your images or ideas to create exclusive custom products.

What is Printeby’s reprint and refund policy?

Damaged/defective products: A free reprint or refund will be provided if the issue is reported to the support email (listed in your order confirmation) within 30 days of delivery, along with your order ID and required photo/video proof.

Returns/exchanges: As products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not supported.

Returned to sender/lost in transit: If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid shipping address, only the product price will be refunded (shipping costs excluded).

Is Printeby environmentally friendly?

Yes. All products are produced on a made-to-order basis, which helps reduce overproduction and supports sustainable consumption.

How can I earn money with Printeby?

Simply register as an artist/creator, open your store, and upload your chibi designs. For each product sold, you will receive a direct commission.
